HATHA YOGA FLOW
The word yoga in Sanskrit means to join together. Hatha means strength in and with discipline. This is about connecting the value of connecting our will with our own essence. The genes we are at the core. If we can live from our core, we live our truth. In this way there is more balance, we can carry ourselves and the other if necessary. Because of the space that this creates, you will notice that there is more flexibility in your body and mind and a better condition. Yoga can affect your life in a positive way. All our needs can adapt to the size that suits you. You get what you need at that moment. Within yoga there are many movements that are all oriented on this connection. Her Hatha yoga is always about the physical approach. In the Hatha Flow classes we use the postures, breathing exercises, different forms of meditation.
All this accompanied by calm meditative music. The lesson always starts very quietly with breathing exercises so that body and mind get space, preparing for the Flow. The Flow will start from this preparation in a natural organic way. The postures are born again and again in a coordinated way and this creates a Hatha flow lesson that adapts dynamically to the moment, the individual and the group. The lessons are therefore never the same. The lessons are based on a method and philosophy, which create space and safety. This creates accessibility for advanced and beginners, for young and older. The intensity of the energy consumption is slightly higher in a flow class, after a class you will definitely experience that your body has worked hard. But for those with a physical disability or a somewhat lower condition, the lesson is certainly doable. Hatha flow classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

PREGNANCY-YOGA
Pregnancy yoga an effective pleasant accompaniment. During pregnancy and childbirth you will experience how extremely useful it is that you learn certain skills. Pregnancy yoga teaches you to breathe effectively. With the breathing exercises you learn how to use them for relaxation and to absorb the contractions. The mild yoga exercises keep you flexible and strong in your body and mind. In the pleasant and safe atmosphere of the group, you prepare yourself for the birth. The classes have an open structure and this allows you to enroll and come when it suits you best.
There is a partner lesson once every six weeks.
In this lesson we will cover the four breathing exercises. We discuss the practical information about how your partner can actively support you before, during and after the birth.
There is a 10 lesson card and a 20 lesson card. This card is valid for one year and can also be used for pregnancy massage and shantala baby massage.
Part of the costs can be claimed through your health insurer.
